For over 31 years I have been marketing and selling residential and commercial real estate. A former managing broker/owner of a mid-sized commercial real estate company in Metro-Atlanta, my husband and I moved to the North GA Mountains full time in 1999 .

Recipient of the 2005 Six Million Dollar Club and the 2006 Four Million Dollar Club, 2007 Million Dollar Club. I am a life member of the NE GA Board of Realtors.

Originally born in Rutland, Vermont I moved to Atlanta, Georgia in 1967. I am married to a Georgia Tech graduate (1966) and retired fighter pilot, James (Jim) Applegate. Jim and I have two adult married children living in Atlanta and 3 grandchildren.
